PRIVACY POLICY

1. Collection of Stored Data

   1. For regular and extraordinary functions to be performed through out Digi-Petz, we must collect and store data from our users.

   2. Users are in no way obligated to distribute information, and may exempt themselves from using any features which require the collection of their information.

2. Stored Data Release

   1. All Information is stored in a password protected database, on our web servers.

   2. Stored data is pulled from the database for display on the Digi-Petz site. Personal data will not be not publicized.

   3. We can not be held liable for data or information which a user deliberately chooses to make public, and should investigate how data is used prior to submission.

3. Access to Stored Data

   1. By password protection, only authority employees have open access to all stored data.

      1. This includes, and is strictly limited to: Administrators and Abuse Investigation Staff.

      2. No regular users or employees have open access to private data.

4. Use of Stored Data

   1. All stored data is used strictly for the purposes described in the functions of this site.

   2. Employees can, and may email registered users, by the information which they have et in their user preferences.

5. Removal of Stored Data

   1. If you wish to have your private data removed from Digi-Petz, you must contact an Administrator.

      1. Accounts will not be deleted from our database. We will only remove private data which was displayed unintentionally.

      2. Passwords, Email Addresses, etc. may be changed by the user, via their Preference Panel.

      3. Parents/Guardians who wish to have their child's personal information removed from our database, must write to an Administrator, including proof of their guardianship.
